The training was for two days and one that I was non face forward to attending. Once I arrived and walked into the training inhabit I was greeted by the facilitator and the playing of relaxing music which throttle the bill for a positive two day knowledge experience. The facilitators for the training were excellent, ones that I remembered and discussed with my coworkers because they challenged me, broadened my thinking, and provided many learning opportunities. The learning milieu was one of the factors that do the learning experience a positive one. patrician music greets me and the others upon entering the training style with tables rigid up in a horse shoe order so the facilitators doing the training could interact with all the participants.

The learning milieu that the facilitators effected was one that allowed me and other participates the opportunity to share our own experiences as a facilitator. Le Roux (2001) stated that the classrooms are fond contexts where participants are in continual interaction. I must articulate that I understand what Le Roux meant because the environment was certainly focalise up for that. The facilitator of th e training was able to capture my attention ! by displaying trusty communication skills and having a good sense of the training room management. The facilitator engaged me and the other participants in the lesson by allowing us to be an active learner.
